Cleanup edits for lived-in homes

Clutter, personal items and distractions removed from listing photos, so the room is what buyers notice.

What we remove

WhereTypical removals
KitchenAppliances and dishes on the counter, magnets and papers on the fridge, dish towels
Living areasToys, cords, remotes, piles of mail, pet beds
Bedrooms and bathsPersonal photos, clothes, toiletries, laundry
ExteriorCars in the driveway, trash bins, hoses, yard signs from other businesses

Why cleanup instead of a reshoot

When sellers still live in the home, the photographer can only move so much on the day. Cleanup edits finish the job afterwards, and they cost far less than coming back for a second shoot. They also take personal items out of public photos, which many sellers prefer.

Where we stop

We remove things that won't be there at the showing. We don't hide damage, repaint walls, change flooring or take out power lines and neighboring buildings. If you're unsure whether an edit crosses the line, ask your broker and check your MLS rules.

Questions

Can you remove furniture the sellers are taking with them?

Yes, and if the room looks bare afterwards we can stage it with neutral pieces.

Can you fix a gray sky?

We can replace a dull sky in exterior photos with a clear one. That is a common edit, but some MLS rules ask you to disclose it.
